春はまだとどかない
寒暖差が大きな日が続いています。先日は、大雪が降っていたのに昨日は春日和でした。そうかと思えば、今朝は朝から雪が舞っていました。車のフロントガラスも凍ついていました。
桜だよりは、韮崎あたりまで届いているのですが、ここ小淵沢ではまだなようです。例年訪れる神田の大糸桜ももう少しのようです。神田（しんでん）の大糸桜は樹齢400年のエドヒガンザクラの変種で、戦国から江戸時代に世が移る頃芽生えたと考えられています。朝の早い時間に行くと誰も居ませんので八ヶ岳を背景に立ち尽くす大糸桜を堪能することが出来ます。ぜひ、おいで下さい。そんな素敵な写真は、写真集にありますのでご覧ください。
The days have been very different in terms of temperature. The other day it was snowing heavily, but yesterday was a spring day. Then this morning it snowed all morning. The windscreen of my car was frozen.
Cherry blossom reports have reached as far as Nirasaki, but here in Kobuchisawa it doesn't look like yet. The Oito cherry blossoms in Shinden, which I usually visit every year, seem to be almost ready. The Oito cherry tree in Shinden is a variant of the 400-year-old Edohigan cherry tree, which is thought to have blossomed around the time of the transition from the Warring States to the Edo period. If you go early in the morning, no one will be around, so you can enjoy the Oito Cherry tree against the backdrop of Yatsugatake (Mt. Yatsugatake). Please visit here. 今日は、朝から富士見高原（長野県）の近郊にある「お蕎麦屋」を訪ねる計画を立てていました。お店の名前は「おっこと亭」。名前の由来は、乙事という地名から由来しているのではないかと想像できます。何度か、車で通り過ぎた事があるのですが、いつもたくさんのクルマが駐車していて入れないでいました。今日は、この悪天候もあり入れるだろうと決心して出かけました。案の定、十数名のお客に留まりました。注文は「山菜そば」これ一択に決めてきましたので早速、注文をしました。お通しの野沢菜を食べていると「山菜そば」がやってきました。見てください、この蕎麦の光沢、そしてツユの香り、美味しいに決まっています。軽く七味をかけて食べる蕎麦の味は最高でした。来て良かったと思えた瞬間でした。外は、雪が舞っているのですが、美味しい蕎麦に気持ちまで暖かくなりました。帰り際に、外にある水車をて、歩く足下には「蕗のとう」がある事に気付きました。
車で道を下り、富士見高原から茅野まで足を伸ばして帰宅しました。
Today, from this morning, I had planned to visit a "buckwheat noodle restaurant" in the suburbs of Fujimi Plateau (Nagano Prefecture). The name of the restaurant is "Okkoto-tei. I can imagine that the name comes from the name of a place called Okkoto. I have driven past the restaurant several times, but always had a hard time getting in due to the large number of cars parked there. Today, I went out with the determination that I would be able to enter the place due to the bad weather. Sure enough, there were only a dozen or so customers. I had decided to order "Sansai Soba" (wild vegetable soba), so I ordered it immediately. While I was eating some Nozawana as a side dish, the "Sansai Soba" arrived. Look at the glossy buckwheat noodle and the aroma of the broth, it must be delicious. The soba with a light sprinkling of shichimi (seven spices) on it tasted wonderful. It was a moment that made me glad I had come. It was snowing outside, but the delicious soba warmed my heart. On the way back home, I looked at the water wheel outside and noticed butterbur sprouts under my feet.
I drove down the road and went home, stretching our legs from Fujimi Plateau to Chino.
