谷戸城址にも桜が
谷戸城跡については、以前もブログに書かせていただきました。今日は、花曇りで、桜も六分咲きでしょうか。例年ですと４月の中旬になると満開を迎えます。甲斐源氏の祖・新羅三郎義光の孫、平安時代の末期に武田氏の祖、黒源太清光の居城であり、別名茶臼山または逸見城と言われます。史跡整備が進められ、郭や土塁などが昔のように復元されるなど在りし日の姿がよみがえりつつあり、土塁から八ヶ岳の山並みや遠くは富士山を見渡すことができると言われています。でも、今日は、富士山や南アルプスも雲間にかくれています。それでも、主郭に咲く桜は、見事に咲いていました。歴史については多くの先人たちが書かれているので、それを参考にして下さい。私は、散歩に来たおじさんで、山並みと桜の美しさに感銘をするばかりです。途中で犬を散歩させている方と会話をして春を楽しみました。城跡を調べている方々には申し訳ないけど、東屋で休憩。源清光氏との対話。歴史の流れを感じるものの、いま一つピンと来ないのが素人らしい。花より団子かもしれない。
城跡の下に、北杜市考古資料館があり、以前のブログにも書いたのですが、金生遺跡の史料と合わせて訪れると、その歴史を感じる事が出来ます。
谷戸城址まで来る間に途中、ひまわり市場があり、つい寄ってしまい美味いものを買ってしまいます。今日も一日、桜三昧でした。
Yato Castle in Cherry blossom
I have written about the ruins of Yato Castle in my blog before. Today, it is a cloudy day and the cherry trees began to put forth their blossoms. Usually, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in mid-April. The castle was the place of residence of Kurogenda Kiyomitsu, grandson of Shinra Saburo Yoshimitsu, founder of the Kai Genji clan and founder of the Takeda clan at the end of the Heian period, and is also known as Chausuyama or Henmijo Castle. It is said that the castle is now being restored as it was in the olden days, with the fortifications and earthen mounds being reconstructed as they were in the olden days. From the earthen mounds, we can see the Yatsugatake mountain range and as far as Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps are hidden by clouds today. Even so, the cherry blossoms on the main enclosure were in full bloom. Many of our predecessors have written about the history of the area, so please refer to them. I am just an uncle who came for a walk and was just impressed by the beauty of the mountain range and the cherry blossoms. I enjoyed the springtime by chatting with people walking their dogs along the way. Sorry to those who are checking out the castle ruins, but we took a break at the pavilion. Talking with Mr. Seimitsu Minamoto. Although I could feel the flow of history, it was like an amateur that I could not feel it at the moment. Maybe I am more interested in dumplings than flowers.
As I wrote in a previous blog, we can get a sense of the history of the Kinsei Ruins by visiting the Hokuto City Archaeological Museum, which is located below the castle ruins.
On the way to the ruins of Yato Castle, we stopped at the Himawari Market and bought some delicious food. It was another day full of cherry blossoms.
